Suspension bridge, bold arch, secret footbridge… with a spark of ingenuity, simple cardboard and rubber bands become feats of balance. Working in teams, children and adults imagine, test, and refine their structures to take on a collective challenge exploring strength, stability, and creativity.

Two escape games designed by Planète Sciences to explore major environmental issues while having fun!

Atelier créatif fabrication de p'tites bêtes de la forêt avec l'Ecomusée de la forêt de Gardanne. 

À partir d’éléments naturels soigneusement récoltés (bois, feuilles, graines…), petits et grands donneront vie à des insectes aussi uniques que poétiques. Une activité ludique qui sensibilise à la biodiversité tout en laissant libre cours à l’imagination. En partenariat avec l'écomusée de la forêt.

In this creative workshop, animals are celebrating in the pine grove! Using pine cones collected at the CIAM, children can paint and decorate them to recreate small or large forest animals.

From age 12 and up, take flight and experience the thrill of flying trapeze for the first time! As part of Family Day, on Sunday, March 29th, the International Center for Movement Arts (CIAM) is organizing flying trapeze introductory sessions!

The cultural mediator of CIAM, Anne Cécile offers a treasure hunt where children and parents are invited to dive into a thrilling adventure by following the clues hidden in CIAM and solving puzzles to find the precious treasure. In this workshop, children discover cyanotype, an early photographic process that creates images by combining light and photosensitive solutions. Using plants, shapes, and various objects, each participant composes their own creation before revealing it in the sunlight.

In this poetic aerial solo, Elisa Alcalde explores chosen solitude and the bonds that tie us to others — through a play of ropes, balance, and letting go.

After the show, Elisa Alcalde invites you to stay for a post-show talk — a relaxed moment to ask questions and peek behind the scenes of her creation.

Using tights, soil and chia seeds, children create small “grass heads” to water and take care of. Once back home, they can watch them grow.

Dive into the world of aerial silks!

The CIAM is offering an intensive aerial silks workshop, open to beginners and intermediate students, to explore this captivating discipline that combines strength, flexibility, and fluidity. Whether you’re curious to try it for the first time or eager to refine your skills, this weekend is made for you!

You’ll learn to move confidently in the air, get comfortable with height, and wrap your body in the silks. Hsien Ming Damiani will guide you through exercises tailored to each level, designed to build physical strength and body awareness while mastering technical figures. A unique experience that will push your limits—always with a smile!
