If you're unable to come every week to practice the flying trapeze, you can sign up for the session and participate in the class when you're available.

Who hasn't admired these artists who launch themselves from the platform and fly from one trapeze to the next, only to catch themselves in the hands of another, suspended above the void as if by magic?

We also cover movement in space: what sensations it feels like to be upside down, how the body reacts if held by a rope two meters high, if one leg is removed from the trapeze, etc.

Once you become aware of and master this practice, the technical movements become much easier to acquire. You can then begin learning the first locks and tricks. You build strength and muscle through movement, not through a series of exercises.

Schedule: Starting November 5th, every Wednesday from 8:15 pm to 10:15 pm, Friday from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Saturday from 2:15 pm to 4:15 pm.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts.
