During autumn holidays, the CIAM Circus Arts amateur School organizes courses for children.
Multidisciplinary, adapted to different ages and levels, they allow them to discover or deepen their knowledge of circus arts for one week, surrounded by two to three pedagogical artists.
The duration of the workshops is adapted to the children age and each one can evolve according to its level. With beginners or amateurs, teachers are sensitive to the progress of anybody.The supervision rate is a maximum of 6 students per pedagogical artist in order to allow real interaction with the teacher. All our pedagogical artists are English-speaking.Discover our teaching team here.

One-week courses, from Monday to Friday, 2pm - 4:30pm
During autumn holidays, the CIAM Circus Arts amateur School organizes courses for children. Multidisciplinary, adapted to different ages and levels, they allow them to discover or deepen their knowledge of circus arts for one week, surrounded by two to three pedagogical artists. All our pedagogical artists are English-speaking.Discover our teaching team here !
These workshops are adapted to beginners, and advanced ! The duration is also adapted to the children age, and each one can evolve according to its level. With beginners or amateurs, teachers are sensitive to the progress of anybody.
The disciplines taught : acrobatics, juggling, trapeze, aerial silk, equilibrium, wire, etc.
The supervision rate is a maximum of 8 students per pedagogical artist in order to allow a real interaction with the teacher.Workshop schedule :

2 Days to Learn How to Fly!
Climb up to the platform, take your swing, launch into the void… Flying trapeze offers unique sensations from the very first try.
This workshop runs over two consecutive days, allowing real progression: each participant practices solo tricks, builds confidence, and fully experiences the thrill of aerial flight.

Several times a year, the CIAM offers a parent–child workshop designed to let you share a unique moment with your child.
Based on a specific educational theme, each 1h30 session aims to develop your child’s motor skills while also focusing on:
🤝 Doing it together: collaborate and build with your child, learning from them as much as they learn from you.
🌟 Mutual trust: strengthen the trust your child naturally has in you, and develop your own confidence in them.

Discover or deepen your balance skills on the tightwire!
This workshop invites adults to explore the art of tightwire walking, an ancestral discipline of balance. Beginners will discover its fundamentals, while more experienced participants will refine their skills through more acrobatic work.
The apparatus consists of a horizontal steel cable stretched between two supports, generally practiced at low height (around two meters off the ground). Unlike high-wire walking, tightwire is performed closer to the ground, allowing the acrobat to execute a variety of moves: balances, dances, jumps, and acrobatics.

The CIAM is offering an intensive aerial silks workshop, open to beginners and intermediate students, to explore this captivating discipline that combines strength, flexibility, and fluidity. Whether you’re curious to try it for the first time or eager to refine your skills, this weekend is made for you!

You’ll learn to move confidently in the air, get comfortable with height, and wrap your body in the silks. Hsien Ming Damiani will guide you through exercises tailored to each level, designed to build physical strength and body awareness while mastering technical figures. A unique experience that will push your limits—always with a smile!🎯 This workshop is for adults (ages 15+) in good physical condition.
